Miso Chicken, 1/2 Pound
Soba Noodles, 1 Pack
Maika`i Organic Asian Sesame Dressing
Maika`i Edamame, 1/4 Cup
Cucumber, 1/4 Cup
Optional: Carrots
Optional: Green Onions
Optional: Sesame Seeds
Directions
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound miso chicken (Maika`i Marinated Meats)
- 1 pack soba noodles
- Maika`i Organic Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1/4 cup Maika`i Edamame (shelled)
- 1/4 cup cucumber (sliced)
- Optional: Carrots (sliced)
- Optional: Green onions (chopped)
- Optional: Sesame seeds
Dressing Ingredients (Optional. Only if you want to make the dressing from scratch)
- 1/4 cup shoyu
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
Directions:
- Sear Miso Chicken and cook through. Rest and slice into strips.
- Boil soba noodles to desired doneness. Drain. Cool under cold water.
- Toss soba noodles with edamame, sliced cucumber, and your desired amount of dressing. Top with Miso Chicken and enjoy!
